The Trojan Pride is pleased to announce that all three bands will be performing in the Holiday Concert on Thursday, December 11th. Concerts begin at 7:00pm in the Jenks Performing Arts Center. The performance is free and open to the public. Except for handicap areas, all seating (including the balcony) is general admission. No ticket is required and there is no reserve seating. Band members are required to be in attendance for all three concerts. As usual, parents are welcome to record the performances/their child performing. Due to copyright and music licensing restrictions, the event will not be livestreadmed or reproduced in any manner by Jenks Band or Jenks Public Schools.
Performance Attire is concert black for gentlemen and concert black/black dresses for ladies. Students must have all parts of attire in order to perform.
Below is the schedule that will be used for the holiday concert. All three groups will have their picture made between 6:00-7:00pm during the warm-up time. Individuals will also have the opportunity to take photos in their concert attire. Individual photo sessions are from 5:00-5:45pm in the main choir room (M106). Students should be dressed in concert attire and have instruments/mallets with them for the photo. All photos will be done with Shannon Kay Portraits and will be available for purchase. There is no sign up genius for photos this year. Students wanting to take pictures should be ready and report to the room anytime between 5:00-5:30pm.
