Student Trip Accounts

1) MAILING - Mail checks to Jenks Band Parents, P.O. Box 425, Jenks, OK  74037.  Checks should be made payable to JBP - JHS. 

2) ONLINE - Credit card payments may be made online.  Click on "Store", then go to Categories and select "Trip Account Payments". Select the option that allows you to make a credit card payment of any amount towards your student's trip account. Please note that a 3% processing fee will be added to your credit card payment.   

3) "MONEY FRIDAY" - On Fridays during the school year, a parent volunteer will be in the band room 30 minutes prior to morning rehearsal to accept cash or check payments.  Please mark your student's name and ID number on the check or envelope containing cash.  


To view student trip account information, enter the student's last name and account number (student ID). Please note that your student's balance will be in the section highlighted in either GREEN or RED and will say (for example) "10/15/2018 Closing Balance" with the amount to the right.  

Account balances highlighted in GREEN are GOOD!  This means you have a positive balance (THANK YOU)!  

Balances shown in RED are negative balances and SHOULD BE PAID AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.  

Payments made through the website are not automatically added to your student's account online.  The Trip Fund Manager updates the accounts 2-3 times a week to the website.  If you have payment questions, please email the treasurer, Cindy Shelton.  Please refer trip balance questions to Jennifer Betancourt at
