August Payment Information

Dear Band Family,

I am very pleased to announce that the next trip account draw on August 31st will be  $50.00 less (only $225.00) for every band student going to the Rose Parade. 

To date, the Rose Parade Executive Committee has raised $14,725.00 to help offset the cost of our journey to the 2016 Tournament of Roses Parade.  This money will be distributed among the students and each student will receive a $50.00 deposit into their trip account after August 31st.

The biggest fundraiser for the Rose Parade is currently in full swing: the Jeep Car Raffle.  I want to see everyone take an active role in this fundraiser so we can take full advantage of what it can do financially for you directly ($4 per ticket you issue) and for the band!

If you would like to donate your $50.00 September deposit to the Rose Parade Scholarship Fund to help other band members with a greater need, please let Diana Wolff, our Trip Fund Manager, know by email at  We want to ensure that every student who wants to go to the Rose Parade will be able to go with the assistance of fundraising and donations.

There will be someone at each Thursday night rehearsal in the stands from 7:00pm-8:00pm to issue raffle tickets and collect money earned. The deadline to issue tickets is September 30, so get your tickets today and start earning money!
